What is the current implementation status/ what is the current activity step?    
The installation of photovoltaic (PV) will 
a) take place within the refurbishment measures and 
b) on other, also new objects. Possible sites and objects for implementation of PV systems are actually being acquired. In one case one project is already in planning, yet still not confirmed. Additional features like small e-mobility station with electricity storage are included in this case.

  • Connection to the virtual power plant might not be suitable due to additional technical requirements with effort
  • Potential for the connection to the virtual power plant is low according to limited energy production exceeding the self-consumption
  • Refurbishment buildings might not be suitable in regard to static requirements for installing PV
  • There are health concerns (e.g. electro smog) limiting the willingness of private owners for installation of PV systems
