Currently primarily non-privacy-related data should be collected and processed. In case mechanisms regarding pseudonymization/anonymization or consolidation/aggregation to higher levels (regionally) will be applied.

The connection to the existing municipal department 34 (MA34, building and facility management) platform (monitoring & tele control system for public buildings) could cause (technical) problems. The gathering and implementation of data from external partners could cause problems.

Which previously identified risks and challenges have you managed successfully and how

As the city doesn´t want to be dependent (especially with regard to time and financial flexibility) on private companies, an open source product had to be found. After a detailed examination phase, a fitting product (FI-Ware) was found and the decision was simplified.
 

Which lessons learned can be derived up to this point from the implementation process?
