The refurbishment of staircase 1+2 is finished. The staircases 3,7,8,9 are currently under construction.

The refurbishment of the staircases 6,5,4 will start in 2018. The finalisation until February 2019 will be tight.
Have there been changes regarding the planned solution?

Most relevant: Solar thermal collectors instead of the planned PV modules, due to too little space for a thermal storage. The energy output will be the same.
The PV System will not be integrated into the façade but will be mounted on the roof. This is due to static reasons and will be done on the area of two staircases.
What are the main improvements achieved since the last reporting period?
The PV system is installed. The refurbishment of the first staircases was finished.
The next phase (staircases 3,7,8,9) of the refurbishment was started successfully.

Preparation fort he last phase oft he refurbishment (staircases 6, 5, 4) will start and the ongoing refurbishment phase will be finished until the end of 2018.

Description of the activity (max one sentence): The PV system will be installed on the roof. The collector surface area will be smaller.

The decision was made after the examination during the detailed planning phase.
What was the impact of the action on the project processes?
The impact isn´t too big. There will still be usage of RES technologies respectively renewable power. Although the area is smaller, the electricity yield will be similar to the initially planned façade system.
