Instead of solar thermal collectors, roof-top PV modules will be installed, due to limited roof space area. Generated electricity will be directly converted into thermal energy for water heating.

Finishing of the façade and the renovation of the heating systems of the staircases 1 and 2 is expected in December 2017.

What is the current implementation status/ what is the current activity step?

Staircase 2 is currently under construction. The windows are changed, and demolition work is finished. At the moment, the insulation is being done.

The container for informing the residents is still on site.
Is the implementation process on time or are there any derivations? Please outline any changes and reasons.

There is approx. 1-year delay. In February 2019, the insulation and the redevelopment of the whole residential building will be finished.
The roof extension, the refurbishment of the community centre as well as possible exterior works will be finished in early summer 2019.
Which project steps were performed since the last project reporting?

The refurbishment of staircase 1 is almost finished (Insulation and change of windows). 
The heating system on the staircase 1 is successfully refurbished.

Have there been changes regarding the planned solution? Please outline any changes and reasons.

The PV System will not be integrated into the façade but will be mounted on the roof. This is due to static reasons and will be done on the area of two staircases (1 and 2).
